Dear Comrades,
As reported earlier, there seems to
be no movement on the restructuring of Gr B & C cadres.
The administration of CAG seems to
be in “kumbhkaran nidra”, an ailment that has only one treatment - sustained
and intensified agitation.
We may therefore take up the
following organisational step immediately demanding sharing of the cadre
restructuring committee report with Associations, cause corrections if required
and early execution of cadre restructuring of Gr B & C cadres.
1. Inland
letter campaign – Units may print the letter and get it signed by each
personnel upto SAO and submit to CAG by the respective Associations. Details
including any change in the strategy, would be conveyed along with the text of
the inland letter campaign.
2. Day
Long Dharna in front of CAG office at New Delhi in the 1st week of
August 2019 (when the weather is expected to be tolerable).
3. Visit
by national leadership to various stations mobilizing for the Dharna.
