Dear Comrades,
The National Executive Committee
that met at the above address on 28-29 March 2019 reviewed the organisational
position at HQrs. level as well as at field formations.
President reported to the National
Executive that CAMP Kolkata proposes to hold the 48th Conference in
November 2019. The meeting advised the Kolkata Units to wait for few more weeks
before finalizing the dates.
NE decided to conduct an intensive
campaign on issues such as cadre restructuring, promotion of DEOs as
Auditor/Accountant, NPS and promotional avenues for Senior Auditor/Senior
Accountant and AAO, to be followed by serious agitational programmes. In this regard, it was decided to finalise programmes
in consultation with All India Audit & Accounts Officers Association.
The NE is of the considered view
that all Units should do their best to bring the post 2004 personnel into the
leadership of the organisation and prepare for a generation shift in the
organisation.
After reviewing the financial position
at HQrs, the meeting decided that President should address each Unit through a
letter.
The tour programme decided by the NE
meeting would commence after voting to the 17th Lok Sabha gets over.
All Units are requested to make arrangements for the successful visit of the
leadership to their Unit. The tour programme would be finalised and circulated shortly.
