N O T I F I C A T I O N
It is here-by notified, under
Article 9 D of the Constitution of All India Audit & Accounts Association,
that the Central Working Committee of All India Audit & Accounts
Association will meet at Allahabad on 17, 18 and 19 August 2017 to transact the
following business.
Agenda
- To discuss organisational front
i)
Functioning
of Associations at Unit level and HQr level
ii)
Financial
position of the HQrs
iii)
Trade
Union education of leaders and cadres
iv)
Steps
to widen and deepen the reach of the Association
and to take appropriate decisions
there-on.
- To Review Developments on
Departmental Charter of Demands and to decide future course of action.
- To consider and concretise
formation of Audit COC with Officers Association at all levels.
- To report on the developments
on the common front of Central Govt Employees as well as on the joint
movement on NPS with AISGEF.
- Any other matter with
permission of Chair.
As
per Article 9 D of the Constitution,
Members
of the National Executive Committee shall be delegates, being elected office
bearers.
All
the affiliates should clear HQr quota up to 31st July 2017 failing
which the affiliated Association shall not be allowed to participate in the
proceedings of the Central Working Committee meeting.
Name
of the delegate and observer, if any, should be intimated to Association Head
Quarter by 31st July 2017, with copy to Reception Committee.
The
venue and other details shall be communicated by the Reception Committee.
Delegation
fee of Rs 1,500/- shall be levied per delegate/observer.
