Dear Comrades
 You might be aware that those who moved courts on Pay parity had filed a curative petition in the SC before a bigger bench against the two member bench's rejection of Pay Parity in 2007. 
 The 4-member bench headed by KG Balakrishnan, CJI rejected the petition on 3rd September 2009.
