TOUR PROGRAMME
The CWC meeting held at New Delhi on 27-28 September 2012 decided that a group of all India Office-bearers would visit stations and would hold extensive interaction with leaders, activists and members in preparation to the one day strike on 12-12-12. Confederation has also given programme of similar visit of all India leaders. Our Units should make take advantage of the visit of two set of leaders, using their presence to the maximum possible extent.
Every group shall remain in the station for three days. On the first day they will have a detailed discussion with the Executive Committee followed by activists meeting. Wherever there are more units in one station, the local units should try to have joint meeting. Separate meeting may be arranged only in exceptional circumstances.
Second day shall be used for interacting with cross section of membership and there shall be a General body meeting on the 3rd day. The visit may be concluded by meeting the Executive Committee before the departure of the team of visiting leaders. Time may be found out to interact with the newly recruited employees including MTS.
During the visit all issues confronting the membership, organisation, the Central Govt employees shall be subjected to frank discussion. We should not present the gloomy picture alone, but we also should present before the activists the results of the struggle that we have waged all the years, and the sacrifices of hundreds of leaders and activists.
The visiting leaders shall immediately send a detailed report on their experiences and assessment of the situation, jointly or separately.
